Recordati Rare Diseases Group companies are constantly committed in respecting the privacy of individuals with whom they come into contact, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) and with the other applicable data protection laws.
Recordati Rare Diseases Group companies provide you in your capacity as a professional in the medical-health sector ("Healthcare professional" – "HCP", or also, the "Data Subject") with the information necessary to illustrate how Recordati Rare Diseases Group (hereinafter, “Recordati Group”) companies will process your personal data (“Data”) through our customer relationship management (“CRM”) system.

Your Data will be processed only by the company located in the country where you habitually exercise your professional activity for the purposes set out in this information notice. Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 5 below no other Recordati Group companies will process your Data.

2. Types of Data Processed

The Data that will be processed are:

personal and identification data, such as name, surname, professional title, registration in the register of doctors, specialty(ies), gender;
Contact data, such as e-mail address, phone number, professional address;
Interactions with Recordati such as meetings held and email exchanged;
Information on the HCP profile, such as whether the HCP is a regional, national or international expert on a certain field and the level of awareness on certain products

3. Purposes and legal basis of the processing

Recordati processes your personal data for the following purposes and sets out the corresponding legal bases below:

Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: The processing is based on Recordati legitimate interest in planning, carrying out and optimizing scientific information activities. The provision of the Data for this purpose is optional and you may exercise your right to object to this processing at any time by contacting the relevant data controller or Group DPO.
2	To send scientific information communications on drugs and products marketed by the Recordati Group through e-mail, phone or other digital or web-based communication tools (including sending communications on medical and promotional activities, research projects, awareness materials, invitation to participate in congresses, conferences or medical-scientific meetings, webinars and training events and similar future services). You can provide your preferences on the means of contact directly to our field force.	Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR: The processing is based on your prior consent. The provision of the Data for this purpose is optional and, in failure, you will not be contacted for scientific information communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting the data controller or the DPO at the addresses indicated above.
3	Carry out profiling activities based on the expertise of an HCP and the HCP’s awareness on certain treatments or diseases, in order to better plan our activities, prioritizing efforts and tailoring our approach.	Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: The processing is based on Recordati legitimate interest in planning and carrying out scientific information activities. The provision of the Data for this purpose is optional and you may exercise your right to object to this processing at any time by contacting the relevant data controller or Group DPO at the addresses indicated above. In the event of objection to the processing, we inform you that the HCP may still receive general medical and scientific information and content from Recordati.

4. Data retention period

The Data will be stored for 5 years from the registration in our systems. Once the retention period has passed, we will delete your data unless you confirm to us that you would like to be kept in our systems for an additional period of time.

5. Data recipients - Data transfer to third-party countries/international organizations

Our authorized personnel may have access to your Data. In addition, your Data may be shared or made accessible to the following recipients or categories of recipients, in their capacity as independent data controllers or data processors specifically selected and appointed by the data controller on the basis of a specific contract:

Affiliates of the Recordati group, notably Recordati Rare Diseases S.a.r.l. and Recordati S.p.A. for administrative purposes
Third-party suppliers of platforms for customer relationship management (CRM) and related technical assistance and maintenance services;
Third-party suppliers for the management and organization of trainings and events;
competent authorities for their institutional purposes.

Should your Data be transferred to countries which do not benefit from an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the Swiss Federal Council and/or the UK Government, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission and recognized by Switzerland and UK, which provide appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data.

6. Data subject rights

The Recordati Group companies inform you that:

1. you have the right to request access to Data together with information on the processing purpose, category of data processed, subjects or categories of subjects to whom they have been or will be communicated;

2. you also have the right to obtain:

1. the correction of your data, if it is incorrect or incomplete;

2. the erasure of the Data, in certain circumstances;

3. the restriction of the processing of your Data;

4. the Data is in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, also in order to send the Data to another data controller if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means (so-called data portability right). If you are interested, you can ask the Data Controller to send the Data directly to the other data controller if this will be technically feasible.

3. You have the right to object to the processing of the Data, in certain circumstances, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Data Controller to proceed with the processing.

4. You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time for the purposes described in paragraph 3 above, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the Data processing based on consent and carried out before the withdrawal.

5. If you are not satisfied with the processing of the Data, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (in particular with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner for Switzerland or, Information Commissioner’s Office for UK or, for EU countries, with the Data Protection Authority of the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged violation). You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority if the exercise of your rights is subject to delay, limitation or exclusion by the data controller.

Any correction or erasure of the Data or processing restrictions made upon request - unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated to each of the recipients to whom the Data may have been transmitted in accordance with this policy.
The exercise of the previous rights is not subject to any form of constraint and is free of charge. We may only ask you to verify your identity before taking further action upon your request.

2. Types de données traitées

Les Données qui seront traitées sont :

données personnelles et d'identification, telles que nom, prénom, titre professionnel, inscription au registre des médecins, spécialité(s), sexe ;
Données de contact, telles que l'adresse e-mail, le numéro de téléphone, l'adresse professionnelle ;
Les interactions avec Recordati telles que les réunions tenues et les e-mails échangés ;
Des informations sur le profil du PS, par exemple si le PS est un expert régional, national ou international dans un certain domaine et le niveau de connaissance de certains produits.

3. Finalités et base juridique du traitement

Recordati traite vos données personnelles aux fins suivantes et définit ci-dessous les bases juridiques correspondantes :

3	Réaliser des activités de profilage basées sur l'expertise d'un PS et la sensibilisation de celui-ci à certains traitements ou maladies, afin de mieux planifier nos activités, prioriser les efforts et adapter notre approche.	Article 6, paragraphe 1, point f) du RGPD : Le traitement est basé sur l'intérêt légitime de Recordati à planifier et à réaliser des activités d'information scientifique. La mise à disposition des Données à cette fin est facultative et vous pouvez exercer votre droit d'opposition à ce traitement à tout moment en contactant le responsable de traitement ou le DPO du Groupe concerné aux adresses indiquées ci-dessus. En cas d'opposition au traitement, nous vous informons que le professionnel de la santé peut toujours recevoir des informations et des contenus médicaux et scientifiques généraux de la part de Recordati.

4. Durée de conservation des données

Les données seront conservées pendant 5 ans à compter de l'enregistrement dans nos systèmes. Une fois la période de conservation écoulée, nous supprimerons vos données, à moins que vous ne nous confirmiez que vous souhaitez être conservé dans nos systèmes pendant une période supplémentaire.

5. Destinataires des données - Transfert de données vers des pays tiers/organisations internationales

Notre personnel habilité peut avoir accès à vos Données. En outre, vos Données peuvent être partagées ou rendues accessibles aux destinataires ou catégories de destinataires suivants, en leur qualité de responsables de traitement indépendants ou de sous-traitants spécifiquement sélectionnés et désignés par le responsable de traitement sur la base d'un contrat spécifique :

6. Droits des personnes concernées

Les sociétés du Groupe Recordati vous informent que :

1. vous avez le droit de demander l'accès aux données ainsi que des informations sur la finalité du traitement, la catégorie de données traitées, les sujets ou les catégories de sujets auxquels elles ont été ou seront communiquées ;

2. Vous avez également le droit d'obtenir :

3. la limitation du traitement de vos Données ;

4. les données sont dans un format structuré, couramment utilisé et lisible par machine, également afin de les envoyer à un autre responsable du traitement si le traitement est basé sur le consentement ou sur un contrat et est effectué par des moyens automatisés (droit à la portabilité des données). Si vous êtes intéressé, vous pouvez demander au responsable du traitement d'envoyer les données directement à l'autre responsable du traitement si cela est techniquement faisable.

3. Vous avez le droit de vous opposer au traitement des données, dans certaines circonstances, à moins qu'il n'existe des raisons légitimes pour le responsable du traitement de procéder au traitement.

B. die Präsentation von Arzneimitteln, die Sammlung von Anfragen und die Lieferung von Mustern sowie Tätigkeiten zur Planung von Besuchen, Orientierung, Anleitung und Überwachung wissenschaftlicher Informationsaktivitäten) in Kliniken, Arztpraxen und Krankenhäusern, in denen die Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe ihre berufliche Tätigkeit ausüben und über digitale Kanäle.	Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO: Die Verarbeitung basiert auf dem berechtigten Interesse von Recordati an der Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung wissenschaftlicher Informationsaktivitäten. 2	Übermittlung wissenschaftlicher Informationen über Arzneimittel und Produkte, die von der Recordati-Gruppe vermarktet werden, per E-Mail, Telefon oder über andere digitale oder webbasierte Kommunikationsmittel (einschließlich des Versands von Mitteilungen über medizinische und vertriebliche Aktivitäten, Forschungsprojekte, Sensibilisierungsmaterialien, Einladungen zur Teilnahme an Kongressen, Konferenzen oder medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Tagungen, Webinaren und Schulungsveranstaltungen und ähnliche zukünftige Dienstleistungen). 4. Dauer der Datenspeicherung

Die Daten werden für 5 Jahre ab der Registrierung in unseren Systemen gespeichert. Nach Ablauf der Aufbewahrungsfrist werden wir Ihre Daten löschen, es sei denn, Sie bestätigen uns, dass Sie für einen weiteren Zeitraum in unseren Systemen aufbewahrt werden möchten.

5. Datenempfänger - Datenübermittlung in Drittländer/an internationale Organisationen

Unsere berechtigten Beschäftigten können Zugriff auf Ihre Daten haben. 6. Rechte der betroffenen Person

Interazioni con Recordati come riunioni tenute e scambio di e-mail;
Informazioni sul profilo dell'operatore sanitario, ad esempio se l'operatore sanitario è un esperto regionale, nazionale o internazionale in un determinato settore e il livello di conoscenza di determinati prodotti.

3. Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento

Recordati tratta i Suoi dati personali per le seguenti finalità e riporta di seguito le relative basi giuridiche:

2	Per l'invio di comunicazioni di informazione scientifica su farmaci e prodotti commercializzati dal Gruppo Recordati tramite e-mail, telefono o altri strumenti di comunicazione digitale o web-based (incluso l'invio di comunicazioni su attività mediche e promozionali, progetti di ricerca, materiali di awarness, inviti a partecipare a congressi, convegni o incontri medico-scientifici, webinar ed eventi formativi e servizi futuri similari). Potete fornire le vostre preferenze riguardo le modalità di contatto direttamente alla nostra rete operativa.	Articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettera a) del GDPR: Il trattamento si basa sul Suo previo consenso. Il conferimento dei Dati per questa finalità è facoltativo e, in mancanza, non sarà contattato per comunicazioni di informazione scientifica. Può revocare il Suo consenso in qualsiasi momento, contattando il titolare del trattamento o il DPO ai recapiti sopra indicati.
3	Svolgere attività di profilazione basate sull'esperienza di un operatore sanitario e sulla conoscenza di determinati trattamenti o malattie, al fine di pianificare meglio e prioritizzando le nostre attività e personalizzando il nostro approccio.	Articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettera f) del GDPR: Il trattamento si basa sul legittimo interesse di Recordati a pianificare e svolgere attività di informazione scientifica. Il conferimento dei Dati per questa finalità è facoltativo e Lei potrà esercitare il diritto di opporsi a tale trattamento in qualsiasi momento contattando il relativo titolare del trattamento o il DPO del Gruppo ai recapiti sopra indicati. In caso di opposizione al trattamento, La informiamo che l'HCP potrà comunque ricevere da Recordati informazioni e contenuti di carattere medico e scientifico di carattere generale.

4. Periodo di conservazione dei dati

I Dati saranno conservati per 5 anni dalla registrazione nei nostri sistemi. Una volta trascorso il periodo di conservazione, cancelleremo i Suoi dati a meno che non ci confermi che desidera che i Suoi dati siano conservati nei nostri sistemi per un ulteriore periodo di tempo.

5. Destinatari dei dati - Trasferimento dei dati a paesi terzi/organizzazioni internazionali

Il nostro personale autorizzato può avere accesso ai Suoi dati. 6. Diritti dell'interessato

Le società del Gruppo Recordati La informano che:

1. ha il diritto di chiedere l'accesso ai Dati unitamente alle informazioni circa la finalità del trattamento, la categoria di dati trattati, i soggetti o le categorie di soggetti ai quali sono stati o saranno comunicati;

2. Ha inoltre il diritto di ottenere:

1. la rettifica dei Suoi dati, qualora siano errati o incompleti;

2. la cancellazione dei Dati, in determinate circostanze;

3. la limitazione del trattamento dei Suoi Dati;

4. i Dati sono in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, anche al fine di trasmettere i Dati ad un altro titolare del trattamento qualora il trattamento si basi sul consenso o su un contratto e sia effettuato con mezzi automatizzati (c.d. diritto alla portabilità dei dati). Se è interessato/a, può chiedere al Titolare del trattamento di inviare i Dati direttamente all'altro titolare del trattamento se ciò sarà tecnicamente fattibile.

3. Ha il diritto di opporsi al trattamento dei Dati, in determinate circostanze, salvo che sussistano motivi legittimi per il Titolare del trattamento di procedere al trattamento.

4. Lei ha il diritto di revocare il consenso prestato in qualsiasi momento per le finalità descritte al precedente paragrafo 3, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento dei Dati basato sul consenso ed effettuato prima della revoca.

5. Se non è soddisfatto del trattamento dei Dati, può presentare un reclamo all'Autorità competente per la protezione dei dati (in particolare all'Incaricato federale della protezione dei dati e della trasparenza per la Svizzera o all'Information Commissioner's Office per il Regno Unito o, per i paesi dell'UE, all'Autorità per la protezione dei dati dello Stato membro di residenza abituale, luogo di lavoro o luogo della presunta violazione). 3. Cele i podstawa prawna przetwarzania

Recordati przetwarza Państwa dane osobowe w następujących celach i na podstawie poniżej określonych odpowiednich podstaw prawnych:

Dane będą przechowywane przez 5 lat od rejestracji w naszych systemach. Po upływie okresu przechowywania usuniemy Twoje dane, chyba że potwierdzisz nam, że chcesz być przechowywane w naszych systemach przez dodatkowy okres czasu.

5. Odbiorcy danych - Przekazywanie danych do państw trzecich/organizacji międzynarodowych

Nasz upoważniony personel może mieć dostęp do Państwa Danych. Spółki z Grupy Recordati informują, że:
